The implementation of professional programs, courses and training depends on the use of the participatory approach in order to activate the role of the participants and move them from the indoctrination stage to the discovery stage through full interaction inside the hall using participatory methods

  • Practical Application .
  • Discussing the problems facing the participants and proposing realistic solutions that suit the work environment
  • The short lecture.
  • Programs, Courses and Professional Training are implemented based on practical applications at a rate of up to 75% of the program time. The training also uses administrative steps that would emphasize the full participation of the trainees

the training program provides participants with the following:

  • Knowledge related to each training program
  • The skills necessary to achieve the objectives of the program and the project.
  • Practical applications

  • A training material according to the scientific standards approved by the Egyptian and foreign universities (it meets all the objectives of the programs and courses).

evaluation of programs , courses andprofessional training

Evaluation is carried out through three levels:

  • The first: a pre-assessment form to identify the amount of knowledge and skills that the participants possess, followed by a post-assessment at the end of the program.
  • The second: an interim evaluation during the implementation of the program.
  • Third: a final evaluation at the end of the program.

Training materials used:

  • This program will be implemented based on a training bag prepared specifically for this program, and a copy of the participant's guide will be delivered to the traineeg
  • Program executive schedule.
  • Training content for all program units.
  • Applications used in the program and instructions to solve them.
